What is Customer Engagement Suite?

Customer Engagement Suite is our proprietary assortment of resources that was designed to address specific part of your business that work together to provide awareness, focus and drive revenue growth. The suite utilizes your local transaction data to provide information on your business, your customers and your competition – all through an easy-to-use and intuitive interface.

Customer Engagement Suite is currently comprised of four Modules focusing on distinct parts of your business. These Modules are called Analytics, Reputation Management, and Callpop. Additional future Modules are planned.
