What is Callpop?

Essentially, Callpop is a smarter, easier way for our healthcare merchants to communicate with their patients. Callpop is a small plugin that connects with their existing phone system and contains software that integrates within our partner’s software or their practice management software.

What will Callpop allow me to do?

Callpop enables your business to enhance communications with your customers by providing the following information when they call in but BEFORE you answer the phone:

  • Balance(s) owed on their account
  • Appointment times and history
  • Personal information like birthdays and anniversaries
  • Family member information
  • Additional communication notes

Tools within the Callpop application include:

  • 2-way texting and appointment reminders
  • New customer welcome messages
  • Video introductions of staff members
  • Google office directions sent to your customer’s phones

Can a customer make a payment through Callpop?

Although Callpop technically can’t process a payment, it can greatly facilitate the process. When the “$” button is selected inside the Callpop application, the user is taken inside the partner software where the payment is entered*. With Callpop, simply pressing a button makes accepting a payment easier.
